This site showcases the 2008 TELLY AWARD, 2008 COMMUNICATOR AWARD AND 2007 AEGIS AWARD ballet JEDAS, choreographed by Christopher Morrison. Most recently Christopher Morrison culminated his professional performance career, retiring from the world renowned Modern Dance co, Garth Fagan Dance. Currently, he teaches dance in the Rochester NY area and is a faculty member at The Hochstein School of music and dance and modern dance teacher at the The Timothy M. Draper Center for Dance Education.

Jedas the tale behind the dance
This current dance production JEDAS, based on the relationship of Jesus and Judas, evolved from personal perceptions. I will talk about my ideas which lead to the creation of the dance and the process by which it was brought to the stage.
